Returns Policy

If you purchase something from Creative Embroidery & Workwear online that you are not 100% happy with, for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days and we will happily exchange or refund your purchase for you.

Conditions of Return

Our 30 days Returns Policy is only vaild if you meet the following conditions

All returned Item(s) must to be;

  1. Returned within 30 days of purchase

  2. Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached; and

  3. In the original packaging which must be in the original condition

If you match all the condition, you can return your purchase for a full refund or an exchange.

Why do we have these simple guidlines?

We guarantee all of our customers 100% original quality products and service. To ensure our customers can have confidence that their purchase is brand new and has never been used we need your help.

Creative Embroidery & Workwear reserves right to reject a returned request if we believe the product has been used, worn or is physicaly damaged in any way by the customer. So please help us to keep all our customers happy. Please make sure your garments are correct before you remove the tags or wear it.

We ask you to be responsible for safely and appropriately packaging your return to ensure we receive the items in the same condition it arrived to your door.

Can I return sale items?

Yes, you can return sale items unless stated otherwise (subject to the Australian Consumer Law). We will always let you know if a particular sale or promotion excludes returns. For more information on how to return items, see our Returns Policy above.

How do I return my purchase?

If a customer recieves an item that is either damaged or faulty in some way we will provide free returns. Please contact us here or call (02) 6921 3338 to discuss your purchase and arrange for a free return.

If you are simply not happy with your purchase for any other reason, and your purchase still meets our returns policy guidlines please return the purchase by following the instructions below. In the event that you have requested an exchange we will return your new purchase to you as soon as it has been processed. If you have requested a refund we will process your refund back to your account.


Returns are easy - enclosed in your original purchase is a return address label. Simply repackage your purchase safely into an appropriate postage bag or box, affix the returns label to the outside of the postage pack (not the product) and mail it back to us at your local post office.

Exchanges are processed as a priorty service and will dispatched within 5 business days of us recieving the returned product and approving the exchange.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.


To exchange your item for a different size, Please contact us here or call (02) 6921 3338 Monday - Friday AEST to discuss availablility of your new sized product. If available, your new item will be placed on hold for 14 days (after which it will automatically be returned for sale) To avoid dissappointment please  send your return back to us as soon as possible to avoid missing out.


Here's how we refund - if you paid via:

  • Credit Card or PayPal: Your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from.

  • Part Credit Card, part voucher: The amount you paid with credit card will be credited back into the same account, and we will reissue you with a new voucher.

Refund Process Time.

We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving the return at our warehouse. Please remember, your financial institution can take an extra few days to get the refund back into your account.

If you have changed your mind.

If you would like a different colour or a completely different item, contact us to initiate a refund and place a new order.

If your item is faulty.

We aim to provice our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact us, so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. Please note that we'll need a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process for you.

If you received an item you didn't order.

If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
